Returns & Exchanges

At General Pants Co., we want you to love your fit, so we offer flexible returns within 30 days of purchase for both online and in-store orders. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return method, whether it is a via a local post office, a parcel drop-off point, or returning to any General Pants retail store.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
